Qualifications Required :-
Position : Marketing Administrator (domestic and export)
The venture of United Palm Oil Industry PLC and PalmElit SAS, French company a subsidiary of CIRAD. Producing and marketing CIRAD� palm oil seeds, the renown planting material for more than 60 years.
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for all administrative aspects of the Marketing Activities. This position supports all functions in marketing in order to meet deadlines, business objectives, and operate efficiently.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
� Administrate documentation both for domestic and export i.e. generate and process all of quote, invoice and check requests
� Co-ordinate with public and private organization for certification and registration issue
� Administrate consignment shipment and logistics both domestic and export with clients and related sectors
� Upkeep record of sale, customer profile, and prospected sale
� Update all visual metrics including Key Performance Indicators.

Coordinate hard copy mailings for all communications (distributors, sales reps).
� Support all areas of marketing with routing monthly reports
� Assist sales reps with trade communication and requests for literature.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
� 3-5 years of administrative experience or related fields
� Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Quick study with new software tools.
� Exceptional organizational skills, efficient, reliable.
� Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
